At Stiftung Handwerk stiftet Zukunft, we are committed to fostering international collaboration in vocational education and training (VET) to exchange knowledge, enhance skills, and promote best practices across borders.
Our international activities to date include:

Apprentice exchanges in the USA, providing young trainees the opportunity to experience new working environments, cultures, and technical methods, broadening their professional and personal horizons.

Apprentice exchanges and professional development for vocational training staff in Russia, aimed at improving the quality and relevance of training programs through mutual learning and capacity building.

Exchange of vocational training personnel in Slovenia, facilitating the sharing of pedagogical approaches and curriculum development strategies to strengthen training institutions.

Professional development for vocational training staff in Mexico, supporting educators and trainers to adopt innovative teaching techniques and align with industry needs.

Apprentice exchanges in Mongolia, enabling young professionals to gain practical experience in different economic and cultural contexts, while promoting international friendship and understanding.
Through these diverse international collaborations, we strive to strengthen vocational education systems, empower apprentices and trainers alike, and contribute to a skilled workforce prepared for the challenges of a globalized economy.
